Senior Technician

 

Dennis brings 25+ years practical experience in facility operations, maintenance, renovation and construction to the commissioning field. For more than ten years he managed plant operations for multi-facility health care complexes with direct responsibility for the continued operation and budgetary constraints of departmental plant operations.

Dennis initiated HVAC renovation projects from simple residential systems to complex multi structure hydronic systems with central plants, preparing cost analysis and benefits for budgetary and energy conservation review. He implemented design, specification, and project documentation, secured and reviewed bids for accuracy, had oversight of construction, and finalized start-up and commissioning of integrated systems.

Dennis has initiated and managed CMMS systems for large multisite facilities. He has a broad first-hand knowledge of the procedures and frequencies required to track equipment performance and operational conditions to keep facilities operating in an efficient and cost effective manner. With his background in healthcare and other building types, he has acquired extensive experience with an expansive field of equipment.

Utilizing BAS equipment, Dennis has continuously commissioned building operations thru trend log analysis and review. Through his twenty-five years in the industry he has an deep understanding of the progression of ATC systems to improve energy performance and simplify the operations of complex HVAC systems.

Dennis brings the owners representative side to the commissioning table, with an understanding of budget restraints and the important real-life benefits of the commissioning process.
